R & B Kahle Building and Landscaping was established by Roy Kahle who has over 40 years experience in the building industry.
Roy’s son, Brent, joined the family business as a qualified landscape gardener and carpenter. As a small builder, R & B Kahle Building and Landscaping can offer a more personalised experience for their clients.
Working on-site enables them to control their projects more efficiently and with Brent’s landscaping background we can offer a fully completed project with an established garden ready for clients to move in.
Roy has spent all of his career building along the coast working on projects all around the Bellarine Peninsula and Geelong region to as far away as Johanna. This experience means he and his team know the coastal conditions and how materials will withstand the salt air over time.

Living on the coast all his life and working here has enabled Roy to experience what challenges the coastal environment brings to building and issues that need to be considered when building. He likes to build houses that are both sustainable and energy efficient; it is more important than ever to consider the environment, and this is why we encourage the use of solar energy and to recycle building material where possible.
